About Us
We are 4th (Ron) and 5th (Taylor and Abby) generation farmers in Southwest Minnesota. It's a family-run farm with Ron and three of his children.
Ron has farmed since 1984 and worked at the Farm Service Agency for 34 years helping producers navigate and understand the complex programs before retiring.

Taylor has farmed since 2017 and graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Precision Agriculture and has a minor in Agronomy. He has worked for 2 years as a local coop agronomist doing Agronomy work and utilizing Precision Ag in his daily work with farmers in the area. In addition, he has been taking soil samples on our farm, and developing prescriptions for seed input. As a result, we have seen the benefits of precision ag reducing costs while increasing yields.

Abby is a senior at South Dakota State University and is working towards a degree in Ag Business and a minor in Precision Ag. She has been farming since 2017 and is learning about finances as well as precision ag. She has interned with a local cooperative and with the local office of Rural Development. She continues to learn but is out in the field and she can see the differences and understands the financial impact.
